Members of UTC Canada are able to join with their peers in addressing telecommunications legislative and regulatory issues unique to utilities and critical infrastructure. In addition to a collective legislative voice on critical issues, UTC Canada provides members with an opportunity to network, gain essential skills to enhance their career, share best practices, and stay up to date on the news relevant to the utility, UTelcos and critical infrastructure telecom sector. UTC Canada Charter and Regular members can also take advantage of full membership rights in UTC USA – the global trade association focused on the unique telecommunications needs of critical infrastructure.

Charter Membership
UTC Canada Charter Members must be either a utility company (electric, gas or water), energy company, or railroad that provides telecommunications or technology information services or owns telecommunication facilities or infrastructure. Charter Members receive all benefits and services and are granted one seat on the UTC Canada Board of Directors.

Core Membership
UTC Canada Core Members must be either a utility company (electric, gas or water), energy company, or railroad that provides telecommunications or technology information services or owns telecommunication facilities or infrastructure. Core Members receive all benefits and services and are entitled to one vote during UTC Canada Business Meetings.

Associate Membership
Any company that does not qualify for UTC Canada Core Membership (telecom and technology equipment manufacturers, service providers, law firms, consultants) may join UTC Canada a non-voting Associate Members. |
